I haven't watched the blockbuster hit, Hunger Games, yet but it's definitely on my radar!  I know the plot is fascinating (I have read the book), but what I'm interested in seeing is the LASHES!  Paper lashes from PaperSelf debuted on the Hollywood screen, worn by Effie!

What are "Cat Eyes"?

"Cat eyes" is a term often used in the Lash World.  I'm not a fan of actual cats so this word sort of threw me off the first few times I heard it (Have I ever mentioned that I LOVE Great Danes and have two of my own?  Check them out HERE.) 

I've digressed...pardon.  So, back to the "Cat Eyes."
