What are "Cat Eyes"?

"Cat eyes" is a term often used in the Lash World.  I'm not a fan of actual cats so this word sort of threw me off the first few times I heard it (Have I ever mentioned that I LOVE Great Danes and have two of my own?  Check them out HERE.) 

I've digressed...pardon.  So, back to the "Cat Eyes."  

Let's clarify the term with this fab photo of Jessica Stroup, actress and model, who sports this flirty look.  

The distinguishing feature is the slight curl of the lashes on the outside of the eyes,
giving Jessica a sexy, yet professional look.
